I have an Honours degree in Botany and post-graduate training in landscape building, horticulture and garden design, leading to the National Certificate in Horticulture (Landscape). I qualified in 1991, receiving the award for ‘best student’ in the process. The landscape course included the theory and practice of building works. I am also qualified in arboriculture and tree surgery.
Since training I have had 25 years’ experience transforming gardens. Seeing my projects mature over this time has given me enormous satisfaction, and inspires me to look for hidden potential in every new garden I design.
My knowledge and training in Ecology also means your garden design can be specifically orientated towards enhancement for wildlife if desired.
